The commitment of our abdominal chain is also significant.  The intensity of your runs can be adjusted as you wish, the courses too, the golf course of Saint-Tropez offers a multitude of courses by the sea and inland, with landscapes all as magnificent as each other!

On the hiking side, the golf complex offers us all its seaside, departing from Saint-Tropez or even the beach of Pampelonne to enjoy its paths and coves unknown to the general public!
