The importance of CORE

Updated: Apr 20

This is the basis of all effective training.

LeBron James "If your CORE is weak, everything else falls apart."

Whether you are a golfer, runner, basketball player, sports enthusiast or simply health conscious, strengthening the CORE , otherwise known as the abdominal belt, is essential .

At the heart of my personal training sessions from Saint-Tropez to Courchevel, I integrate techniques from Pilates, isometric principles and functional bodybuilding to strengthen the core in depth. Why? Because the core, much more than the visible abdominals, stabilizes the entire body improves posture, performance and prevents injuries . I work on all forms of muscle contraction whether concentric, eccentric, isometric and sometimes even plyometric.

This adds rotational exercises, resistance, rotational resistance, passive and active gainage, etc.

The goal is simple, to make your body stronger, more mobile and smarter . In every movement in classic bodybuilding. Some positions are neglected, I reintegrate them with awareness and breathing to give the body its full potential. Thats was The importance of CORE.
